When you sign up for our technical support or sales support services, we provide you with one phone number for your customers to call when they require support. That first phone number is included in the price of your support plan. For an additional monthly fee, you can also add other phone numbers if you wish. When your customers call any of those phone numbers, their calls will be answered by your Talk'n'Tickets support team. The prices for extra phone numbers are shown below.
In addition to the options below, we also have a BYO Phone Provider option which is particularly recommended as a cheaper alternative to the toll-free number options below, or for cases where you want a phone number in a country that is not listed below.
